Austin Jay & The Children's Hospital
Austin Jay was born on June 29, 1997 with a very rare and severe brain disorder - Bilateral Schizencephaly (the right front region of his brain was missing). Along with the void in the front region, the rest of his brain had not developed as normal as it should have. Tina and I were devastated. We had no idea what would happen with Austin Jay. He was not expected to live beyond his first year.
It was truly through the miracles of the people at The Children's Hospital that Austin Jay made it through his first year, and why he is still with us today.
We believe that, with all of your support we can, in our lifetime, save at least one child. We see what our son goes through every single day, and our goal is to prevent other children and their families from having to go through this as well.
Please join us in making a difference in these kids' lives and a difference in ours as well.
